When I was looking for Autumn Leaves: Designing With 2008 Calendar Shadowbox , I was disheartened because the local bookstores don't carry them. =)
It was a good thing I came upon Julie & Sheryl's Bookoto. So I pre-ordered a copy, deposited my payment and just waited. Then I received an email from Sheryl that my AL 2008 calendar is on its way. Unfortunately, it's almost a week since I got notified. When I informed Sheryl about this, she immediately replied that she will look into this - she even called the courier to ask the date and time of the delivery! Now that's what I call excellent customer service! Found out that my copy has already been delivered a day after I got the notification from Sheryl. (Turned out my officemate who received the package forgot to give it to me.)
Well, I can't blame her. The Autumn Leaves: Designing With 2008 Calendar Shadowbox is one of the best purchases I made last year. It is loaded with projects - scrapbook layouts, both traditional and digital, cards, gift items, stamping techniques, etc. I can't wait for the 2009 edition. Of course! I'll only be getting it from Bookoto!
